Climate change and the scarcity of natural resources are making business models that depend on polluting practices increasingly vulnerable. Sustainable innovations make companies more resilient and better prepared for future market conditions.
By embracing sustainability, companies can contribute to a healthier environment and a more equitable society, in line with their social responsibility. Sustainable business practices ensure that companies minimise their ecological footprint.
Hankamp Gears has taken five steps to work on sustainability:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. reducing energy consumption<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. minimising waste, reducing it where possible, reusing and recycling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. investing in training and employee well-being<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. setting sustainability goals and tracking progress.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
