FMEA
A few years ago the Failure Mode Effect Analyses (FMEA) was implemented. The main goal of the implementation is to identify potential failures and to act upon this in order to optimize the production. When talking about the optimization of the production, we refer to both the reduction of rejection and cost and lead time minimisation. This will eventually benefit our customers.
Part of our FMEA are process flowas, Control Plans, Risk analysis, etc.
SPC
Although we produce small quantities (single parts) and midsize batch quantities, we implement SPC (Statistical Process Control) as to control and optimize the production process.
With CPK-values >1,5, we keep on optimizing our efficiency.
EN-ISO 9001:2000 en AS9100 (since January 2018)
Internal audits and periodical audits executed by Lloyds will guarantee that we meet the quality standards according to EN-ISO 9001:2000/AS9100, specified in our quality manual.
For environmental purposes we are supported by an independent consultant to ensure that we meet the current environmental demands and, at the same time, to make sure that our staff members work in a comfortable and safe production area
